Job Description

Our technology empowers asset managers, financial services firms, and corporate data science teams to build powerful agentic workflows on top of SDKs, and data pipelines.

As a Strategic Solution Lead you will lead engagements across our largest accounts and align closely with executives and key cross-functional stakeholders on challenges and business goals to help set customers - and the business - up for long-term growth and success. You will partner with key stakeholders across the business including Product, Engineering, Onboarding Specialists, and Support to drive customer outcomes, growth and mitigate any risk.

In addition, you will be expected to proactively share insights via internal executive business reviews on an ongoing basis to provide ongoing visibility to leadership around customer sentiment, successes, challenges and risk.

In the past few months, we have:

  • Rolled out the largest-scale, real-time, semantic index for Financial Documents & News

  • Rolled out agent workflows for financial domain research and reporting functions

  • Fine-tuned foundation models for financial domain embeddings, retrieval and search

  • Rolled out an API/SDK framework for anyone to build solutions on top of our infrastructure

This role is based out of our New York City office in Soho

Responsibilities

What a day can look like:

  • Weekly check-ins with your key clients to drive value in engagement

  • Develop a new use cases for a challenging persona we sell into

  • Run workshop to train on specific applications of our product

  • Review a new feature developed to address a gap and communicate that to your clients

  • Work on a new thought leadership with marketing on our verticalized solutions

Your Responsibilities:

  • You serve as an advocate and partner to RavenPacks most strategic customers, combining marketing strategic guidance, technical aptitude and experienced business acumen to advise on core functionality, features and use cases beyond the fundamentals to support a customer’s specific business results

  • You will partner with key stakeholders across the business including Product, Solution Architects, Onboarding Specialists, and Support to drive customer outcomes, growth and mitigate any risk

  • Lead and plan weekly meetings with Customers while developing onsite cadence with customers for strategic workshops, engagements and customer networking

  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by creating content such as whitepapers, articles, or presentations that showcase the company's expertise and solutions.

  • Develop Use Cases, by translating existing technology capabilities into practical solutions that address multiple business problems for various customer personas.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to pinpoint areas where current offerings fall short and recommend enhancements to create comprehensive solutions.

  • Leverage industry expertise and learnings from prior implementations to develop best practice frameworks and standardized solutions tailored for specific industries or markets.

  • Research and pinpoint use cases in emerging industries to expand the company's reach and customer base.

  • Ability to create assets from scratch including marketing, sales and strategy solutions


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Basic Python, SQL and/or prior experience with technical implementations is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, solutions engineering at a venture based startup or top industry AI group

  • You have a solid understanding of technical engagement principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex customer relationships in an enterprise environment

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Experience with first level technical triage while knowing when to bring in the right stakeholders to dive deeper and drive solutions forward

  • Excellent communication – explaining complex technical solutions to customers, technical stakeholders and senior executives.

In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM to enhance our sales, client services, and marketing strategies. About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and optimize the revenue cycle and billing operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and proven experience in managing billing processes and revenue operations. This role is vital to ensuring accurate revenue recognition, efficient billing processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools including: SAP, Subscription Management System, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces, in-house dev tools

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as GTM Operations, product management & engineering, and IT to identify areas for enhancing the customer experience and streamline Order-to-Cash processes

  • Implement and maintain customer onboarding procedures including customer records and structure, new customer data templates, review contracts for billing terms, credit policies, and fulfilling customer onboarding requests

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to scale with the business

  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to manage credit risk effectively

  • Review new subscriptions / customers for proper revenue recognition & billing configuration

  • Monitor and update existing customers based on upgrades, downgrades or amendments to contracts

  • Responsible for all billing, accounts receivable, and collections reporting including communication with customers, sales team members, executives, and other stakeholders

  • Oversee complete Month end close journal entries, reconciliations, cash forecasts, and fluctuation analysis in the Order-to-Cash cycle

  • Validation of monthly revenue and deferred revenue from usage based customers

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing operations, revenue collection, and customer billing

  • Coordinate with the Tax team to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

  • Knowledge of sales-type taxes: US sales tax, VAT, withholding taxes

  • Prepare related monthly/quarterly sales tax filings and quarterly nexus reviews

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the billing and revenue operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

  • Train team members on billing and revenue policies, procedures, and systems.


Required Experience

We’re looking for

RavenPack is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 5 years of accounting experience to join our Finance Department in Marbella. You will be reporting directly to the AR Manager and you will collaborate with the Client Services, Account Management and Sales department.

The ideal candidate will overview the client's subscription process, invoicing, collection and support accounting practices. We are looking for a professional with a high level of English, spoken and written, as most of the communication with clients will be through email.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interpreting the content of the subscribers’ contracts and exporting the relevant data into Salesforce and SAP.

  • Following up with the existing and new accounts, and ensuring that the terms of the contracts are met.

  • Issuing invoices to customers, monthly customer statements, and updating customer files.

  • Assisting in account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements.

  • Preparing journal entries.

  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT and Tax returns.

        As a Senior Product Manager, you will take on a key role in the product team. Your primary initiative will be to build a store experience that allows our customers to find and purchase content sets that improve their experience on our platform. The role will initially be very hands-on and requires deep knowledge of working with data and marketplaces.                   About the Role

                  We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic NY team and drive sales, prospecting, business development and opportunities of RavenPack's industry-leading GenAI and SaaS services. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in democratizing access to real-time, high-quality financial data through our comprehensive suite of offerings, including our latest GenAI platform, Bigdata.com. You will report directly to the Global SDR Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales Executives, Data Science, and Marketing teams to achieve your goals.


                  Key Responsibilities

                  • Prospect and qualify leads from a list of targeted contacts and accounts.
                  • Present and clearly communicate RavenPack’s value proposition to major decision-makers.
                  • Leverage leading-edge sales and marketing tools to research and identify ideal personas to prospect
                  • Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com.
                  • Perform high volume outbound prospecting through emailing campaigns, calls and research tools such as LinkedIn or Salesforce.
                  • Schedule and proactively set up meetings between qualified leads and Sales Executives.
                  • Re-engage stale or missed leads and opportunities.
                  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals.


                  Qualifications

                  • 1 - 3 years of Sales or SDR Experience (preferably in a SaaS Company)
                  • CRM experience is a must
                  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
